Great location near restaurants, bars, and the beach. Pool and Jacuzzi are comfortable with nice chairs. Fitness center available. Apartment with pool view, full kitchen, comfortable bed, and great shower. Excellent customer service from Lowis and Laura. Good value for money.

We had a very comfortable stay in Playa del Carmen just next door to pubs, bars and restaurants and the beach and 5 avenue. This apartment met the demands; would stay here again❤

The amenities were great, like having central heating, a bunch of TV channels, and a fridge. The hosts were super helpful and really knew their stuff. 😊

The location of Luxury Condo Boutique was perfect for exploring the area. I loved being within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and bars. The condo itself was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly to any requests. Although there were a few minor issues mentioned in the reviews, my experience was overall great. I had one of the best vacations ever at this hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hotel was super clean and had amazing facilities. The location of this hotel couldn't be more perfect - it was right in the heart of all the activity, close to everything I needed, and just a short walk away from the beautiful beach.

luxury condo boutique in playa del carmen was even better than our previous stay. the spacious and well-maintained apartment had everything we needed, and the helpful staff went above and beyond. the location was perfect, near the beach and 5th avenue. pool was beautiful.

Cockroaches were an issue.

This has been one of the best vacation stays ever! Even before arrival the property was very responsive to our messages. Upon arrival we had David and Ariann from the staff welcoming us and explaining everything about the accommodation. They even brought refreshments, which were great after our long trip! They indicated to be available to us almost 24/7, which has proven to be very helpful. Looking at the apartment itself, this exceeded our expectations. It was super clean, spacious, and equipped with all the facilities that you need during your holiday. The furniture and decoration in the apartment show quality and taste. Our apartment also had 4 outside spaces with balconies and a roof terrace, which completed the overall enthusiasm about the place! The property's biggest asset is its staff though. From the security guards to the cleaning staff to the management, they were all extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. They made us feel at home and always went the extra mile where possible.

The condo was in a fantastic location, right in the heart of activity. We were super close to everything we needed - shops, restaurants, and bars. The beach was just a short walk away, so we could easily spend our days lounging on the sand. The room was modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. We also had access to a large swimming pool and a fitness center, which was a nice bonus.

The kitchen cupboards and sofa cushions could have been cleaner, and the sofa cushions had a bit of a smell.

I had the best vacation stay ever! The staff was responsive and friendly, making me feel welcome. The apartment was great with its cleanliness, spaciousness, and beautiful furniture. I loved having multiple outdoor spaces, including balconies and a roof terrace. The location was perfect, being very close to the beach and right in the heart of the city's activity. Parking was convenient, and I had no trouble exploring the area.

There have been a few concerns raised regarding security measures, such as a lack of lock on the back door to the second bedroom. Some guests have expressed feeling insecure, especially while having children sleeping in that room.

The value for money at this condo was excellent. The room was great, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The location couldn't have been better, with fantastic restaurants and bars nearby, and just a quick walk to the beach. The staff treated us very well, they were friendly and accommodating.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Playa! The value for money was excellent and the room exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and close to all the shops, bars, and restaurants on 5th Avenue. The staff was friendly and were really nice too make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The breakfast could use some improvement, maybe more variety of options would be nice.
